The forging process uses high pressure and temperature to change the grain structure to multi-directional forgings, resulting in "premium strength". Lathe turning maximizes concavity and achieves over 70% weight reduction from the original material.

Mill cycles can take up to 8 hours per wheel to achieve utmost precision. We offer Gloss, Satin, or Texture finishes. Our premium finish line includes brushed or polished bases paired with transparent coats to reveal design details.

Features like Scallop Undercutting and Through-Hub Pockets reduce unsprung mass. Every wheel is measured and checked using Digital Torque Wrenches. We conduct dynamic balance and true roundness tests on every unit.
