Performance and longevity is the hallmark of a great wheel. We place a heavy emphasis on precision designing, precise engineering, and expert craftsmanship. Each set of wheels is meticulously designed and crafted in our factory with over 16 years of combined forged wheel experience.
Every order goes through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing to ensure the most optimal combination of lightweight, durability, and strength.
The raw forging is lathe-turned from the front and rear, creating a profile that maximizes concavity. In this step over 70% of the original material is removed, utilizing the most weight reduction.
The mill process is where the design comes to life. Mill cycles run through a series of tool sets and paths that can take up to 8 hours per wheel to achieve the utmost precision. After milling, each section undergoes hand filing, deburring, and polishing.
We use Digital Torque Wrenches for precise control. We conduct dynamic balance tests and true roundness tests. If a wheel does not pass these rigorous tests, it is scrapped and replaced immediately.

Every single wheel we build is custom tailored to you and your vehicle, including your preference of ride height, stance, and aggressiveness on offset. All wheels are made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade forged aluminum.
All products conform to JWL/ VIA standards and undergo rigorous impact, cornering fatigue, and radial fatigue tests. Manufacturing processes are DOT, ISO, and TS16949 certified.
