How is the wheel quality guaranteed?
All products conform to JWL/VIA standards, undergoing rigorous impact tests, cornering fatigue tests, and radial fatigue tests. Facilities are ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified.
What is the typical delivery lead time?
Production is generally finished within 45-50 days from the deposit receipt date. If a new wheel mould is required, the lead time extends by 3-4 weeks.
What information is needed for a quotation?
To provide an accurate quote, please provide the car model, wheel size, PCD, CB, ET (offset), color, and order quantity.
Are OEM or ODM orders accepted?
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders including custom logos, wheel designs, and packaging requirements.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For existing moulds, the MOQ is 80pcs per size/fitment, which can be mixed in 2 colors. Custom designs are open for discussion regarding MOQ.
How are the wheels delivered?
We work with reliable shipping agents to offer economic sea or air freight options. Customers can choose to pick up from the nearest port or have them delivered to a specific shop.
