Q1: How do you guarantee the wheel quality?
A: All products conform to JWL/VIA standards and undergo rigorous impact, cornering fatigue, and radial fatigue tests. Our facility is ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified.
Q2: What is the standard delivery time?
A: Production is typically finished within 45-50 days from the deposit date. If a new wheel mould is required, the lead time extends by 3-4 weeks.
Q3: What information is needed for a quotation?
A: Please provide the car model, wheel size, PCD, CB, ET (offset), desired color, and order quantity for an accurate quote.
Q4: Do you support OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM orders including custom logos, wheel designs, and personalized packaging.
Q5: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For existing moulds, the MOQ is 80pcs per size/fitment (can be mixed in 2 colors). Custom designs are subject to discussion.
Q6: How are the products delivered?
A: We work with reliable shipping agents to offer economic sea or air freight options. You can choose to pick up from the nearest port or have them delivered to your shop.
